It is our privilege to be the pioneers of Windsong Estates. In other words, the first to move into this new subdivision.
Moving is never easy, but the owner of this development and his staff did all they could to make sure our home was ready in time for our move-in date. Our punch list was completed in ample time and they continue to stop by to make sure we are satisfied with our new home at 206 Skylark Lane.
After looking at over 100 houses and condos, the decision to purchase here was an easy one for us. Our house has many amenities an special architectural features, as well as being conveniently located to downtown Peoria, the interstate and ample shopping. The large kitchen, high ceilings, upgraded appliances, whirlpool tub, oversized garage, and ample storage add to the many qualities we were looking for in a house. The exterior brick and color of roof and siding are very appealing, and the landscaping was well planned and professionally designed. An in-ground sprinkling system we added, makes taking care of our yard a pleasure. The on-site project manager has recommended and obtained quality contractors for some of the changes we've made to fit our needs.
Our retirement years have led us to a ranch style home and less square footage with as little maintenance as possible. Windsong Estates has been everything we'd hope for and we look forward to many happy years and memories in our new home.

In September of 2004, we were the second family to move into Windsong Estates, and we are enjoying our new home very much. We have had many wonderful comments about our home from visiting family and friends.
The floor plan and size have been just right for our needs.
The location of Windsong is great for travel to Peoria, East Peoria and Washington. The landscaping of our home was very good and we are looking forward to adding to it with more flowers, bushes and trees this spring
The Windsong staff and contractors have all been very helpful, pleasant and easy to work with. All in all, we are very happy and satisfied withour home.

I purchased my home at Windsong from Tri-United Development in October of 2004. The location is excellent with convenient access to Route 24 and the cities of Washington and East Peoria. The sales staff is friendly and cooperative. It's been a real pleasure creating an environment that is me.
The layout flows from room to room and the Master bathroom with its whirlpool tub is a real treat. The kitchen is perfect for entertaining with a built in island and adjacent dining area that opens into an inviting living space. One of my favorite features is the built-in arch between the living and dining room areas with low- voltage lighting that creates an inviting atmosphere. The exterior is beautiful with attractive landscaping and lighting, I love my new home and all of the possibilities that it offers.
